‘Protector’ Ham Knife by Martinez & Gascon
This practical ham knife allows you to cut thin slices of ham easily and safely, avoiding any accidents while slicing the ham, thanks to its exclusive Protector.
This protector not only allows you to obtain thin and uniform slices of ham, but also prevents accidents caused by the ham knife slipping during use. It is made of Teflon, is lightweight, washable and resistant, and is approved for food use. It can be used by both left and right handed persons, and can be easily removed to use the knife without it.
Martinez & Gascon knives are made entirely in Albacete (Spain) from premium Molybdenum Vanadium Stainless Steel, and are polished and sharpened by hand.
